01 // THE FOUNDRY AGREEMENT

By accessing or using GooRu Systems services, you agree to these terms. GooRu Systems provides managed website, hosting, support, and business system services for organizations that need practical digital infrastructure.

02 // INTELLECTUAL CARGO

You own your business content, branding, assets, and project-specific materials. GooRu Systems retains ownership of its underlying tools, reusable code patterns, workflows, infrastructure methods, templates, and internal systems used to deliver services.

03 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GooRu Systems is not liable for data fractures, market shifts, or the eventual demise of third-party platforms. Our liability is strictly limited to the direct cost of the Deployment. We build for durability, but the digital landscape is volatile.

04 // TERMINATION OF LINK

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service where there is misuse, non-payment, unlawful activity, security risk, abuse of infrastructure, or conduct that interferes with the operation of GooRu Systems or its clients.
