Talk through the business, the people and the outcome. Shape a clear direction before choosing the technology.
Authorize the Project and review its Forge Pass terms. Use the private workspace to explore, prototype and refine the direction within the agreed allowance.
Review an exact Build Proposal for the outcome, scope, exclusions and delivery terms. Your acceptance and the required settlement precede the committed build.
Use the client workspace to inspect and refine the draft. Approval of content or a draft does not silently publish it.
Review the proposed version and complete the required publication and launch decisions. Hosting and ongoing services are presented separately.
Return to your Project to operate and improve what you have built, within the access and service terms you have agreed.
Forge Pass
Your issued Pass states the access period, Project allocation, included usage and what happens when the allowance or term ends.
It provides governed workspace access for exploration and bounded prototyping. It does not purchase an unspecified completed build, unlimited usage or ongoing hosting.
When a Pass expires, new production work closes. The Project is retained, and separately hosted live work does not become unpublished simply because the Pass ended.

Your goals determine the toolkit. We bring together the capabilities your Project needs, drawing on existing tools and developing custom workflows where the work calls for them.
That may include managing content, gathering contributions, connecting services or creating a portal for clients and teams. Each tool has a role in the wider workspace.
We agree the scope with you, review the work in your private workspace and make deliberate decisions about what is ready to publish. The toolkit serves your needs as they develop.
You do not need a finished specification to begin. Bring the goal and the context you have.
