Starting with GooRu

What is the Forge?
The Forge is your workspace for conversations, business context, developing assets and reviewing the next steps. GooRu is adopting prepaid AI credits for eligible AI work, with monthly hosting agreed separately.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. Start with the goal, problem or opportunity. GooRu will help turn the available context into a direction you can review.
What can I build with GooRu?
GooRu can help develop websites, mobile apps, APIs, portals, workflows, automation and custom business systems. Start with the outcome you need; the right asset follows from that understanding.
Can my Project grow later?
Yes. Later work can build on the existing assets, business context and reviewed decisions. Ongoing access, retained materials and service depend on the terms agreed for that Project.
Where is GooRu based?
GooRu Systems is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and can serve clients beyond the region.

AI credits and costs
Understand the work, see the credit cost, then decide.
How will GooRu credits work?
The model being prepared uses one prepaid balance for eligible AI work across your Projects. Before an action runs, its credit cost is shown and you choose whether to proceed. AI credits pay for the action you approve; they do not pay the monthly hosting bill.
Can I buy credits now, and what will they cost?
Credit purchases are not open yet. Credit-pack amounts and eligible action prices are being finalised. The published rate card will explain what each pack buys and what each action costs before purchases open.
Are GooRu credits the same as AI tokens?
No. GooRu credits are service units for the AI work you request. Provider tokens measure the underlying AI processing. There is no fixed credit-to-token exchange, and you do not need to calculate tokens yourself.
Does viewing or manual editing use AI credits?
Viewing and manual editing do not use AI credits. Asking an AI tool to create or revise work is a separate, priced action under the planned model, with the cost shown before you approve it.
What happens when my AI credit balance runs out?
Further paid AI work needs more credits. A zero AI balance does not cancel separately paid hosting, which continues under its own service terms.
Do credits buy a completed website or app?
Credits fund the eligible AI actions you choose to run. They do not guarantee a finished asset, grant publication or activate hosting. Optional human-assisted delivery has its own agreed scope and price.
Can I get human assistance, and will AI be charged twice?
Human assistance can be scoped and quoted separately. AI work already included in an assisted fixed quote is not also charged as retail credits. Any additional work needs its own clear scope and spending consent.

Hosting and support
A separate monthly service for the asset you put into use.
How are hosting costs separate from AI credits?
Monthly hosting pays for running your approved asset. It has its own price and service terms, separate from the AI balance used to create or change the work. Using up AI credits does not cancel separately paid hosting.
How much does hosting cost?
Hosting is quoted for the asset’s traffic, storage, compute, data, integrations and support needs. The monthly price, included care, usage policy, renewal and cancellation terms are confirmed before you commit.
Does hosting include future AI changes?
Hosting covers the running service described in its terms. New AI development work uses the planned credit model, and any human-assisted work is agreed separately. The scope and cost are stated before the related commitment.
Are domains and other services included?
Domains, mailboxes, app-store charges and paid integrations are separate unless they are explicitly included in your agreed terms.
Can I ask for changes after launch?
Yes. Describe the change or support need so the next step can be reviewed. Ongoing access and support depend on the Project’s agreed service terms, and additional work is scoped and priced before you commit.

Your decisions and your work
Private review, clear ownership and deliberate publication.
Who decides what moves forward?
You do. GooRu can interpret, propose and build, while the required review and approval remain visible. Spending AI credits and approving publication are separate decisions.
Can I see the work before it launches?
Yes. Work is developed privately so you can review and shape the proposed version before publication. Going live requires a separate approval.
Is publication included in a build quote?
The written proposal states the publication scope, any related charge and the approval required. Publication prepares the approved version for everyday use. Buying credits does not authorise it, and monthly hosting is agreed separately.
Who owns my business content?
Your content, brand and business materials remain yours. Exact rights and delivery terms for the built asset are stated in the issued proposal.
